Hi Steve good to hear from you! Yeah been pretty busy lately so haven't had much time to get out and shoot but managed to finally get out last weekend and take a few snaps. How are you keeping, is the new camera going well for ya?

glad yr ok mate, yeah the camera's good, not had a lot of chance to get out and about much lately cos of work, I'm doing another wedding in june, this time is on a historic ship in Hartlepool, so that should be fun. been thinking of getting a 17-55 2.8 nikon lens, supposed to be mint, so i'll let yr know how i get on:-) i also couldnt make the advisory day last month to get my panel checked over by the RPS so i'm in a bit of a rut photographically so to speak. glad yr ok

A wedding on a ship sounds amazing!!! I already KNOW you're gonna get some portfolio shots from that! That's great news mate well done! Ya know I think I was in a bit of a rut too and I got a sigma 10-20mm and wanted to get out again as soon as I got it, I know it's not supposed to be all about the gear you have but it certainly makes it more fun haha! Have you ever watched any of the Karl Taylor instructional videos?
